Service marli beautiful blue gold frieze mosaic florets in the middle, was delivered in June 1811 to Monsignor the Grand Marshal of the Palace, for the service of the Emperor at the Tuileries.
Circular hard-paste porcelain dinner plate with broad beau bleu border, richly gilt frieze and central mosaic-style floral ornament. Reverse has had the red stamped Imple de Sevres mark removed, painter’s mark and gilder’s marks.
